Further to last nights announcement that there is an official extension on the “lockdown period” for at least another three weeks, we wanted to get in touch to provide some assurance to you that Simple Approach Estate & Letting Agents are all still here for you wherever we possibly can be.
This is an unprecedented time in the UK marketplace and we want to let you know we remain open and available for all buyers and sellers looking to discuss the fab properties we have on the market with us. We have received daily enquiries through for a number of our properties and are busy creating lists of people who are to be contacted as soon as the restrictions are lifted and free movement is once again permitted for accompanied viewings to take place once more.
Like you, the Sales & Lettings Teams at Simple Approach Perth & Dundee are staying safe at our homes to protect the NHS and to ultimately save lives from this horrid virus that has changed the shape of our daily lives dramatically. By continuing to do so until the measures are lifted by the UK & Scottish Government, we join you in your efforts to keep the public safe but remain on hand via email and phone whenever you need us (even if it’s just for a chat!).
We are also now implementing some new elements to our services and are offering Virtual Sales & Lettings Valuations to anyone who would like to take the initial steps towards putting their property on the market, so if you know of someone that is thinking about having an informal chat we would be delighted to organise this over FaceTime, Messenger or Zoom (free of charge, of course). Our fabulous Lettings Team are also offering virtual viewings at vacant properties where necessary as well, so this is certainly something to take advantage of if moving home in the coming days and weeks is urgent.
In short, we are here for you. We know its an uncertain time to be on the market but we remain with you all the way and all greatly anticipate the day (and that day shall come!) where we hope to pick up where we left off to start completing viewings and taking offers for our fabulous clients once again.
