This is the second time we have used Simple Approach to sell our home. The first time the house was sold above asking within 36hours of coming online. This time the property was slightly different and its fair to say would have been a love/ hate property due to the massive garden and trees. Alison dealt with the initial sale, she knows the area inside out! The value was what I had been hoping for and reflected in the home report.
