This is the second time we have used Simple Approach to sell our home. The first time the house was sold above asking within 36hours of coming online. This time the property was slightly different and its fair to say would have been a love/ hate property due to the massive garden and trees. Alison also provided temporary accommodation for 3 weeks at a very reasonable rate and for that we cant thank her enough. Would highly recommend and use in the future.
